When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by May 01 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or call us!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center downtown. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before May 17, 2019. The reservation link to the hotel block is under the "Hotel Accommodation" tab. The ceremony is at the Smithfield United Church of Christ located in Downtown Pittsburgh. Address: 620 Smithfield St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Phone: (412) 281-1811 The reception is at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center located in Downtown Pittsburgh. Address: 112 Washington Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 Phone: (412) 471-4000 The church is 0.4 miles (4 blocks) from the hotel. An 8 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

No, but the hotel is only 0.4 miles away from the church, a 5 minute drive or 8 minute walk.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are parking options for both the ceremony and the reception. Ceremony: The Smithfield-Liberty Parking Garage is located directly across the street from the Smithfield United Church of Christ. Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m on June 8. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Grab a beverage and mingle at the Marriott's Steelhead Brasserie and Wine Bar or any other establishment in the Downtown area! Cocktail hour starts at 4:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Marriott.

What time is the reception?

Answer

The reception will start at 5:30 p.m and end at 10:30 p.m.
