We recommend that guests traveling from outside Colombia stay in the city of Pereira, located in the heart of Colombia’s Coffee Axis. Pereira’s airport offers limited direct international service, with flights from Panama City (Copa Airlines) and seasonal service from New York–JFK (Avianca).
Most international travelers will find it easiest to connect through Bogotá, which has hourly flights to Pereira operated by Avianca and LATAM. Bogotá also offers nonstop international flights from Boston (Avianca), New York–JFK (Avianca), Atlanta (Delta), Miami (American), Fort Lauderdale (JetBlue), Orlando (JetBlue), Houston (American), and Washington, DC (Avianca).
