Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Muir Chapel Venue, located at 813 Gilliland Rd, Louisville, KY 40245, on Monday, May 25, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m., so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We'll begin with an indoor ceremony in the chapel, followed by an outdoor reception under a covered pavilion—perfect for celebrating rain or shine.

Yes! There’s gravel parking available directly in front of the chapel.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We can’t wait to celebrate with all the people who make our world feel extra special—and we’d love for you to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding garden party. For women, this might mean mid- or floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. For men, no need to dust off a tux—think dress pants paired with a collared shirt. A blazer, sport coat, or tie is entirely optional. Think spring colors and florals. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans and for the Ladies to steer clear of white, cream, or ivory—so the bride can shine in her dress. We’ve thoughtfully planned an intimate celebration, and we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes—we'd love for them to join!

Are kids invited?
Answer
Our invitations will be personalized to include the names of the children who are invited. While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’ve decided to limit our underage guests to family members. We hope you understand and appreciate our decision.

We’ve chosen to host a dry wedding, meaning there will be no alcohol served or allowed during the reception or ceremony. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available during the reception for our guests' enjoyment.
