Mother of the Bride
Lori was born in Missouri, where her parents (Val's grandparents) still live, but she grew up and went to high school and college in Michigan. She recently bought a home in Mount Dora, FL and loves it there - she does NOT miss the cold and the snow! Lori is a Government Contracts Manager for a company in Florida - Sparton, a defense contractor. She enjoys live music, hiking and traveling.

Parents of the Groom
Andrew’s parents met while attending Ohio University, also Andrew's alma mater - Go Bobcats! They have been married for 38 years and have three children: Gary III, Andrew and Andrea. Added to the clan is their daughter-in law Mary, and three grandchildren: Gary IV, Luke and Lily. "We love our family, and they are the most important part of our lives together." Gary is a retired 8th grade science teacher and administrator. He currently owns his own business, Safeguard Risk Solutions, & is a police officer with Plain City. Karen is a Buyer of tabletop for the Foodservice Industry. They love spending time with children and grandchildren, hiking with friends in the state parks and going on weekend trips.
Lewis & Mona Clayton
Father of the Bride
Lewis was born and raised in Meridian, MS. He married Val's mom, Lori when Val was four years old and immediately stepped into the role of her father and loved her as if she was his own. Lewis and Lori separated when Val was in college, and she was lucky to see him happy again and in love with his current wife, Mona. They were married in October 2014, and enjoy spending time hunting, gardening and raising as many animals as Mona can convince my dad to keep! Lewis is an aircraft mechanic lead for L3 on the Naval Air Station in Meridian, MS. Mona is the billing manager for a local nursing home.
Gary & Mary Sigrist III
Brother & Sister-in-Law of the Groom
Gary and Mary are the groom’s brother and sister in law. Gary is a cyber security computer engineer and Mary is the director of pharmacy in a very cool prison. They have been married for nine years with three children: Gary IV, Luke Wang, and Lily Sun, and their dog, Link. Gary and Mary met in high school but it was then evident that Mary was too cool to date Gary. The stars aligned however, and they reconnected post college through their parents and fell in love instantly. The couple enjoys board gaming, cooking, cycling, trying new scotch, hiking, and most recently skiing. They are passionate thinkers and often enjoy a good debate amongst themselves!
Kathy Penn
Sister of the Bride
Kathy lives in Indianapolis, with her two dogs - Gilligan & Sissy. Gilligan is a 14 year-old Great Dane/lab mix, and Sissy is a 16 year-old Staffordshire Terrier. Kathy recently earned her Master's of Science in Nursing to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at the University of South Alabama. She is working as a Nurse Practitioner at Ezkinazi's Trauma Center in Indianapolis. She's also definitely the funniest person in her family!
Andrea & Justin Marchant
Sister of the Groom
Andrea and Justin (aka Jasper, according to Grandpa Cross) live in Westbrook, Maine, with their dog, Bruin. Andrea is a Pediatric Nutrition Sales Specialist for Abbott and Justin is a Client Insights Consultant for IRI. Andrea and Justin have been together for 4 years and enjoy playing board games, spending summers at the Marchant family camp on Thomas Pond and are always trying to scare each other! They were married in Cancun May 7, 2022.
