When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 10/08/2025. If we do not receive an RSVP we will assume you will not be attending. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP it will tell you who all you can bring. If there are no seats associated with your name please understand that we are at maximum capacity so no extra seats or meals will be available.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire (suggested). Please no jeans or casual clothes.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Gold, Burgundy, Black, and Champagne …don’t wear white ;)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Summer or Andrew know in advance if you have a food allergy. We can work with our chefs to have a special meal prepared just for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue at 3:30pm. There is a gate to get into the club house that will add a few minutes to your journey.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of free parking in the country club parking lot. It’s huge so don’t worry!
