Andrew was Summer’s Orientation Leader at Texas State University. At first they didn’t really interact, Andrew was intimidating and Summer was aloof. However, when Summer decided to become an Orientation Leader herself later that year she quickly realized who she was missing out on. Summer asked to hang out with Andrew sometime and the rest is history.

Andrew swept Summer away to a romantic dinner at a Michelin star restaurant with a rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Rome, Italy. He conspired with the host of the restaurant to pretend that our table would take some time to get ready and suggested that we should have a cocktail at the roof top bar. Andrew suggested we take pictures and proposed with very sweet words. It was a magical night and we spent the rest of the evening seated at the best table on the terrace.
