Flight
The easiest way to reach Mallorca is by flying into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), the island’s main airport. For guests traveling from the U.S., common layover cities include Madrid, Barcelona, London, or Frankfurt. For those traveling from the tri-state area, United offers direct flights to PMI. Once You Arrive: Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is located just 15-20 minutes from the city center. You can take a taxi, shuttle, or rental car from the airport to your accommodations.
Travel Note
We will update the website with hotel recommendations shortly! In the meantime, there are plenty of amazing places to check out, whether you’re after beach views, charming towns, or a city vibe. Our venue, Jardins d'Alfàbia, is located in Bunyola, about 20-25 minutes from Palma and 10–15 minutes from Sóller. Palma is perfect if you want more of a city experience with lots of restaurants and shops. Sóller is a beautiful, walkable town surrounded by mountains, and Port de Sóller is just next door if you’d rather stay right by the beach.
Rental Car
Ubers and taxis are super accessible throughout the island, so if you’re planning to stay local, you’ll be totally fine without renting a car! That said, renting a car is also a great option if you’re hoping to explore more of the island. Some of the most beautiful spots are a little spread out. Most towns have parking available, and if you do rent a car, we recommend going with something small since some of the roads can be pretty narrow. FYI: It's recommended to have an International Driving Permit (IDP) while driving in Spain. PS: We’ll be providing transportation to and from the wedding! Full details will be shared as we get closer. 😊
