It’s recommended to make the reservation by phone rather than online. Parking is available for guests of the Harborside Inn for a fee.

Located only a few-minutes walk (0.1 mile) from the Harborside Inn. We have a small block of rooms held. To book within the Klinkowski Wedding block, call to book. You cannot book a blocked off room on the website.

Naval Base Access

Base access normally is restricted to people with military identification. Our guests' names have been provided to Gate 1 for venue access on the day of the wedding. All adults will be asked to show a valid license/government-issued ID at the gate. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON BASE WITHOUT VALID IDENTIFICATION. Contact us for any questions or concerns you may have!

PARKING Plenty of parking is available at the Officers' Club if you wish to drive yourself. However, parking is NOT permitted overnight. You will not be allowed back on base in the morning (unless Andrew or Shannon were to personally escort you), so please plan accordingly if planning to drive to the venue! BUS TRANSPORTATION We are providing buses to transport our guests to and from the Officers' Club. Pick-up and drop-off locations: (1) Newport (near the Harborside Inn and Admiral Fitzroy Inn, at. Red Parrot Half Circle 348 Thames St, Newport, RI)) (2) Middletown (Hampton Inn) You do not need to be a guest at those hotels in order to utilize the buses. If you intend on riding on the Newport shuttle, we recommend walking/ubering/lyfting/taxing to the pick up location. There is not parking available at the Newport pick-up location. If you intend on riding on the Middletown bus, you can leave your car overnight at the Hampton Inn parking lot. The bus is a yellow school bus. Times: - Pick up at 3:30pm. - Early departure at 9:00pm to hotels - End of night departures at 10:00pm to hotels and to after-party. TAXIS/UBERS/LYFTS NOT RELIABLE OPTION Most Lyfts or Ubers do not have access onto base. They can only pick-up/drop-off right outside of the main gate (5-10 minute walk from the Officer's Club).

Uber Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Newport (except on the Naval Base). In general, public parking in Newport can be limited and expensive. There is a public hop on and off bus.
