JACKSON HOLE AIRPORT (JAC): Most Convenient Located 20 minutes north of town in the heart of Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole’s airport is the closest airport to Jackson. Fun Fact & Travel Tip: Jackson Hole Airport is the only commercial airport in the United States located inside a national park. If possible, we recommend booking a seat on the right side of the plane on your arrival flight to ensure the best view of the of the Teton Mountain Range. SALT LAKE CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SLC): Salt Lake is an approximately 4 hour and 30 minute drive from Jackson Hole. BOZEMAN YELLOWSTONE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BZN): Bozeman is an approximately 4 hour drive from Jackson Hole. If you take the scenic route (closer to a 5 hour drive), you'll drive into the west entrance through Yellowstone National Park. September is one of the best times of year for wildlife sightings! Fun Fact: Yellowstone is home to the largest concentration of mammals in the lower 48 states (67 species).
