50/50 Raffle information

Hello everyone we are exited to add a little fun raffle to our day. Classic 50/50, ticket prices are as followed 5 for 20 dollars 2 for 10 dollars This will start at 3pm and wind down at 630pm. Cash and Venmo will be accepted.

Ceremony and Reception

Answer

As a couple we understand that everyone who loves us wants to be involved in the entire process. However, Andrew and I have chosen to move forward with a semi private vow renewal that will take place prior to the reception. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with everyone at the reception.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

August 5th 2025. You should be able to RSVP anytime until then!

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45pm for the reception. If you are attending the Vow renewal please attend per invitation card. There are two invitations one for the vows and one for the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited numbers please keep attendees to the names and plus ones invited on the invitation. You may reach out to Andrew and I for possible accommodation but it is not guaranteed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the location of our wedding, we respectfully request NO children UNDER the age of 10 at the ceremony or the reception. We thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No there is no dress code. Please keep in mind the ceremony takes place with uneven terrain and the reception is located on a fully running ranch. Heels are not recommended. The wedding party will be in jeans and boots.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be directed upon arrival. Please DO NOT park on grassy areas and only proceed to designated locations. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: There will be signage to follow. Turn left into the venue located at 1114 Hereford Ranch Road drive past the office on the left side. The Horse barn is located on the Right! Bright red with a large staircase please park appropriately and proceed up the stairs to the venue

What are the wedding colors

Dusty blue and Ivory.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

Smoking of all kinds is prohibited. If you choose to smoke you must leave the property ENTIRELY. If you choose to smoke on the property the fine is 500 dollars (paid by YOU) and you will be removed from the property immediately.
