Gabby's Burgers & Fries
Andrew and I love a good burger, and Gabby's is one of our favorites! It's a wonderfully cozy hole-in-the-wall if you're looking for a lunch spot. Be sure to check their hours though; they're only open for lunch most days!
Edley's Bar-B-Que
Edley's has amazing bbq and is located in Nashville's 12 South neighborhood. Their Tuck Special is one of the best sandwiches Andrew has ever eaten, and you should eat it too. You can find tons of shopping and dining all around here, and it is a hot bed for Nashville things!
Radnor Lake State Park
If you want a place to get outdoors and enjoy the view, Radnor Lake is the place to be. It makes you feel as though you're not in a city! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot.
Humphreys Street Coffee Shop
If you need a coffee break, Humphreys Street is a really great place to visit. It's a relatively new coffee shop, but it quickly became one of our absolute favorite places to work or just hang out together!
The Well Coffeehouse
This is a coffee shop we frequent often because it's very close to Andrew's and my homes! It sells great coffee for a great cause and we suggest it if you need a coffee shop more south!
The Factory at Franklin
This is a shopping center located in Franklin that has a farmer's market outside on Saturday mornings during spring and summer. Inside you'll find boutique shopping and great food options such as Honest Coffee Roasters, Jeni's Ice Cream, Five Daughter's Bakery, and Mojo's Tacos. (Mojo's Tacos is one of Andrew's favorite places!)
Taco Mamacita
Nashville has no shortage of good taco offerings, and if you're looking for some this is a good place to start! There's some good shopping around here as well.
San Antonio Taco Co
SATCO is one of Andrew's favorite taco spots here in Nashville! And if you want some dessert, there's a Ben and Jerry's right next door!
Marché Artisan Foods
This is the best brunch spot in Nashville! This place is incredible if you're looking for some good food to start your day.
Biscuit Love Franklin
If you're looking for some good biscuits and want to stay more south, here is recommendation we love! We ate here on the day of our engagement :) *there's a location downtown in The Gulch, but this location is more quaint and tends to be less busy!
McKay's Nashville
If you really need to kill some time and love books here is our favorite bookstore with a HUGE selection!
Nashville Zoo at Grassmere
I've spent many days here because of my nannying jobs, and it is so fun. One of the best zoos I've been to!
