from hotel to venue
A shuttle will provide transportation from Forest Villas to Mortimer Farms with two scheduled departures. Please note that each shuttle has a maximum capacity of 20 passengers, so we encourage you to board the first shuttle if possible rather than waiting for the second. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please be outside the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Shuttle Schedule 1st Departure: 2:00 PM 2nd Departure: 3:00 PM
