FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. If we don’t receive an RSVP by then, we’ll assume you won’t be able to make it. We need to have all responses in by this date, but we’ll definitely miss you if you can’t attend!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so we won’t be able to accommodate additional plus-ones. The names of everyone invited are listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to space limitations, this will be an adults-only (18+) event. Invited children will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What's the dress code for our wedding?

Answer

This will be a cocktail-attire event. Please refrain from wearing white, cream, or denim (including jeans). Men are encouraged to wear slacks with a button-down shirt, and women to wear cocktail-style dresses. We invite you to dress up and help us make the occasion feel elegant and special.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In early September, Prescott Valley has warm days in the mid-80s and cooler evenings in the 60s. It’s mostly sunny, but a light layer is good for the evening breeze.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our entire wedding celebration will take place outdoors!

Question

What time should I arrive at our wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00 pm. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat!

Question

Is there parking available near our wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available for all guests right outside the entrance to our venue. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the following day. Directions to parking: 1484 Old Black Canyon Highway, Dewey, AZ 86327! This location is on the South side of the farm along HWY 69. When you arrive, please park by the semi-trailer that says “Mortimer Farms Weddings & Events.” The venue entrance is right next to the red antique tractor.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at our wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony “unplugged” and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We’d love for you to be fully present and share this special moment with us!
