Founded by two friends with a passion for beer and tinkering. Our brewery has grown from a 1/2 barrel pilot system in a Woodstock garage to a 15 barrel brewery. We strive to provide tasty and ever-changing brews in a relaxing environment.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Favorite beer in the area. Located on a 127-acre historic dairy farm, West Kill Brewing aims to reflect the great place it was born. With a focus on locally grown and foraged ingredients and a soft spot for history, we have fun brewing beers that are as fascinating in origin as they are delicious. Beers with maple sap boiled in our wood-fired evaporator, honey harvested from our hives, cherries picked from our orchard, creeping thyme plucked from our fields, and yeast cultivated from the Spruceton Valley.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of our favorite towns! For many, the word Woodstock conjures up images of tie-dye, hippies, and free love at the 3-day outdoor music festival… that did not actually take place here. (It actually took place in Bethel, which is about 1.5 hours southwest.) That didn’t stop Woodstock from becoming a bohemian destination though; for many years, the streets were lined in touristy gift stores and head shops.
