Gas Works Park is Andrew and Laura's favorite place in Seattle. It offers amazing views of downtown from across Lake Union, and is just two blocks from our apartment!
Watch the fish get thrown, shop Seattle souvenirs, eat lunch at Pike Place Chowder, or grab a drink at Old Stove Brewing with views of the Puget Sound.
A gorgeous winery with equally awesome wine. We recommend making a reservation for wine tastings.
Free to enter. Make sure you check out the Ravine Experience Suspension Bridge!
Alki is an amazing sandy beach with several miles of boardwalk to explore. Andrew used to live close by, and it is one of his favorite places. It's a little farther from the venue, but is accessible by car or by the Water Taxi that boards from the downtown ferry docks (near Pike Place).
This location is the tasting room, and is near a lot of other winery tasting rooms. We recommend making a reservation for wine tastings. You can also visit their actual winery a few miles north (9206 200th St SE B-2, Snohomish, WA 98296), which is just down the street from our venue!
