Fate brought Laura and Andrew together while backpacking off the coast of the Black Sea. They crossed paths at a raging river, helped each other safely to the other side, and have been inseparable ever since. The rest is history.

Laura and Andrew actually met through online dating apps, but that's a far less interesting story. Regardless of how they met, it was clear from the first date that this was going to last. They have already made so many memories together, including climbing Mt. Rainier, cheering on their sports teams (Go Bears/Seahawks/Badgers/Mariners!), movie nights with an incredible quaran-team (all of which are in the wedding party!), romantic trips to Hawaii and Italy, and countless bowls of ice cream.

On a cool summer evening, Andrew surprised Laura with a sweet and private proposal along the shores of Lake Washington. They are so excited for the next step of their relationship and can't wait to share it with all of their friends and family.
