This hotel is at the base of Buttermilk Mountain where our wedding will be held and is the most convenient option for our wedding venue. Free shuttles can pick you up directly from the Aspen Airport and there are also shuttles available on demand to take you anywhere you need to go in town- no rental car needed! Easiest option to just walk 1 minute to/ from wedding events! Free parking is also available for those with cars. Home Team BBQ, a favorite of Kristin & Andrew and all other locals is onsite here. Crestwood Condominiums - Snowmass
The Crestwood Condominiums located in Snowmass are a perfect home base if you are looking to create an Aspen vacation alongside our wedding. Located at the base of Snowmass Mountain they are walking distance from most Snowmass summer activities and there is also a free bus to connect you to Aspen. Condos range from 1-4 bedrooms (you can also request one bedroom with a loft which will include at least 2 beds) and include a full kitchen and pool / gym access. Flight
Aspen Airport
Aspen airport is located just 3 miles outside of downtown Aspen and is the most convenient option, however it is a bit more expensive than flying into Denver. All hotels have shuttles to/from the airport and also around town so no rental car would be required. Please note as Aspen is a small airport located in the mountains delays are very common so please build that into your travel schedule. There are no direct flights from the east coast so you will need to connect through Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta.
Flight
Denver International Airport
Airport of choice if you are looking to use our wedding as an excuse to travel around! It is the largest major airport near by offering more flexibility on flights and prices. You will need to rent a car and drive about 3.5 hours from Denver to Aspen. The drive is over mountain passes and can be difficult in tough weather so be sure to factor in some extra driving time. We highly recommend driving over Independence Pass in the summer!
