Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, children of all ages are welcome and invited to celebrate with us. Children ages 3-11 years old can book the child rate for rooms and our wedding count.

Question

How do I book my hotel and travel?

Answer

You can book your room and all the services for your trip, such as flights, transportation, travel insurance and tours, with the link in the "Travel" section. Just remember, when making your reservation, please add the transportation under the “Add-ons” section to make sure it’s secured.

Question

Do I need to book my room with the provided link?

Answer

Yes, please! To be officially counted as part of our wedding festivities, all guests must book through our dedicated room block link at the bottom of the "Travel" section. If you book through a third-party site or directly with the resort, you will unfortunately not be included in our guest count. This means the resort will require you to purchase a “Wedding Day Pass” of $140 USD PER PERSON to access the wedding. ***If you find a lower rate for the resort online (same time of year), please reach out to our wedding planners for a price match prior to booking!

Question

What does single room and double room mean?

Answer

Single room is for ONE person (adult) staying in the room. Double room is for TWO people (adults) staying in the same room. Rates in our "Travel" section is PER PERSON, not per room (due to all-inclusive). For example, if you want to book a Junior Suite for 2 adults the cost would be $206 (rate per person in double room) x 2 adults = $412 per night.

Question

Which room type has two double beds?

Answer

All categories have a TWO double bed option, except for the “El Beso” Adults-Only building. Please specify if you prefer King or Two double beds when booking through the link.

Question

I would like a different type of room. Can I upgrade my room category?

Answer

Yes, there are many other room options in the resort room categories. We chose the price points we predicted our guest would book. If we find that guest prefer another category (not included in our current list) then we can release rooms back to the resort and request another category be added to our room block rates. Please reach out to our wedding planners via email prior to booking.

Question

What if I want to stay before or after the room block dates (2/4-2/10)?

Answer

Please contact our wedding planners via email so they can request the dates and secure the room block rates prior to booking.

Question

What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. The hotel has early check-in and late check-out services, subject to availability and additional charges.

Question

How will I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

Once you have selected your preferred room in the reservation portal, please make sure to add your airport transportation before completing your booking. This will ensure that your round-trip transfer is confirmed and ready for your arrival.

Question

Is there any help with booking plane tickets?

Answer

Yes! You can add them in the reservation portal, along with your transportation services and your room. Additional add-ons, such as travel insurance and tours, are also available on the link.

Question

When should I get my passport?

Answer

The processing time to get an US passport by the Department of State takes usually 2-3 months, we recommend you to do it as soon as you can because you will need your passport to book your flight.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, please help us by letting us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Question

What to bring to the resort?

Answer

Water shoes (some big rocks entering the water), re-usable straw (no straws at this resort), towel clips/bands (to save chair & in case of wind), snorkeling mask/goggles, inflatable pool floats, bug spray (if you get eaten alive like the bride), all toiletries (including sunscreen) and medications (high prices at the resort)

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it to the wedding?

Answer

We understand if you are unable to make it and appreciate your efforts! Please let us know in the RSVP section if you will not be able to attend.

If I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
