Montreal airport is about an hour away from Plattsburgh. We recommend renting a car to get from Montreal to Plattsburgh as it's most likely the most cost effective and efficient way to get to Plattsburgh!

John F. Kennedy International Airport

Flying in to NYC could also be an option if you're interested in seeing NYC and then doing a long drive up north through the Northeast foliage (join the leaf peepers! haha!). The drive is about 5.5 hours.

Boston is also another option if you're interested in seeing Beantown and driving through the New England foliage as well. It's about a 4.5 hour drive.

Burlington International Airport is also about 1 hour away from Plattsburgh, NY. We recommend renting a car from this airport as well as your drive would be crossing into New York on a ferry from Vermont across Lake Champlain.

Plattsburgh does have an airport, but it only flies to a few domestic cities. It may work as a connecting flight for some of you and only a direct flight for a few of you!
