Question

How do I navigate Holy Cross's campus?

Answer

Don't worry, we will leave a trail! You may arrive either via College Street or McKeon Road, depending on the direction you are coming from. If arriving via College Street, please enter using Upper Campus Road and park in the Upper or Lower Hogan Parking Lots. If arriving via McKeon Road, please follow Loyola Road up the hill. You may park in the in Loyola Staff-Faculty Parking Lot or continue through campus to the Hogan Parking Lots. From either location, follow the signs down to the chapel for the ceremony and back up for the reception. For those who require handicap parking, there will be spaces available outside the chapel for the ceremony. Please use the Loyola Road entrance, off McKeon Road, and enter campus through the Loyola Gate. For the reception, there will be handicap spaces available in the Lower Hogan Lot. If you are being dropped off before the ceremony, the best location is in front of O'Kane Hall or in front of Hogan Campus Center.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP before July 1, 2026. The last day you can use our discount code to book a room in our hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn is July 17, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code but we would love for people to appear cocktail to formal. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or an elegant cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm. Please arrive in time to find a seat before the procession.

What is included with each dinner entree?

Answer

1. New England baked haddock, lemon beurre blanc, parmesan crumbled topping, rice, asparagus 2. Maple dijon glazed pork tenderloin, rice, roasted broccolini, sweet potato puree Both are delicious, you can't go wrong!

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Kimball Catering is very attentive to dietary restrictions and will make sure you are well taken care of! For allergies (gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.), please indicate which entree you would like and what your allergy is on your RSVP, and they will make an accommodated version of it for you. For preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), please indicate your preference on your RSVP, and they will make a separate entree for you.

What type of bar service will be provided?

Answer

Drinks are on us during the cocktail hour! Afterwards, the bar will transition to a cash-free, card-only bar for the remainder of the evening.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

If you are arriving on Friday, August 14th, please join us for an informal Welcome Get-Together at The Mercantile in Downtown Worcester!
