Do I need to RSVP by mail and online?
Answer
If your name is not on the online list, please return your RSVP card by mail with the names of everyone in your party attending. If you can RSVP online, we still encourage you to return your RSVP card by mail for a special drawing.

How do we get to and from Caribou Bay Resort?
Answer
Shuttle services will be provided to transport guests back to the hotels listed in the travel section of the website, as well as to other locations within a 30-minute radius after the reception. Ample parking is available at the resort if you prefer to drive. We encourage you to consider carpooling or using Uber to get to the ceremony.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to find your seat. You are welcome to arrive as early as 2:00 PM to relax and enjoy the nature paths and lounge areas we have created for your comfort.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We love celebrating with family and friends, and while we’d prefer to keep the day adult-focused, we understand that some of you may wish to bring your little ones along! If you do choose to bring your kids, please remember that our venue has a policy that requires children to be supervised at all times. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

The RSVP deadline is May 28th, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. In the event of forecasted bad weather, we have a few large canopy tents available to set up. If unexpected bad weather occurs, we will do our best to make accommodations.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Get ready to celebrate! When you RSVP, don’t forget to share your response by mail or let us know online about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We can’t wait to make this day special for everyone, and rest assured, we’ll make sure that our guests with nut allergies only have to worry about the nuts in the wedding party! Let's make unforgettable memories together!

What should I wear?
Answer
As this is a mid-summer wedding, please consider the temperature when choosing your attire. We trust you will wear appropriate clothing. Kindly avoid wearing Dusty Blue, as it is one of our wedding colors.

Will there be alcoholic drinks/open bar?
Answer
We are excited to offer a variety of alcoholic beverages for our adult guests aged 21 and over to enjoy responsibly. Free options include beers, seltzers, and mixers. We kindly ask that you tip the bartender on-site and consider participating in our 50/50 raffle, which will help us cover some of the costs associated with the bar. Thank you!

We are currently registered on Zola.com and Amazon.com. We plan to add more items to our registry in the coming weeks and months, so please check back for updates!
