Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If they were not on your RSVP please contact Kali to ask. We would prefer this wedding to be close-family & close-friends oriented only. A small venue means a tight guest list. We also have limited food/drink and seating. We would love for this day to be as intimate as possible, but reach out to Kali since she will have a better idea of how that day will look. They're always welcome to the after party!

What date do we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st, 2024! This can be through the Zola website or by sending Kali a message of all who will be attending the ceremony and/or reception as indicated on your invite and RSVP.

What type of food/drinks will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving tacos + toppings + sides after cocktail hour; There will be a bar with free but limited beer (Coors Light) and wine (Red or White), and you may pay to order your own cocktails. There will also be coffee, tea, water, lemonade, plus desserts such as cupcakes and cake.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Avoid wearing white and burgundy. Pictures may be outdoors so bring warm clothing for that! There also may be some dancing so if you want to bring comfortable shoes that'd be a good idea.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

The address is 915 Bypass Hwy Bldg i, Richland, WA 99352. You'll drive past the first building when entering "Events at Sunset Gardens", past the train tracks. Then follow the signs for "event center". The venue is the building with large windows in the far back! There is plenty of parking, as well as a welcome sign you will see.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course! Be sure to let Kali know if there are extra kids attending that weren't listed on your RSVP/Invite. There will be a table for the children to sit at with crayons and coloring books. Make sure to check the menu in advance to make sure that there is something that they like on there. The venue kindly asks to keep a close eye on young kids as there will be decorations put up by the venue, such as the decorated tree, lights, signs, flowers, etc.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes - the ceremony and reception are held in the same building. After the ceremony, venue staff will need time to set everything up for the reception. Pictures with family AND friends will be taken outside during this transition period to give them plenty of time and space to set everything up. After pictures, during the cocktail "hour", we will go into the side-room and patio and enjoy drinks until we're ready for the reception.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

There will be a table for gifts & cards at the wedding, bring them along! Otherwise, they can be given to Andy and Kali directly or sent to their address at 406 S Fir St. Kennewick, WA 99336. Also, be sure to check out the wedding registry from Amazon. On the Amazon website, the gifts are marked as "bought" once they've been ordered so that there aren't overlaps in gifts. You can also click "already bought" on a gift if you plan to buy that item elsewhere!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! Be sure to tag us :) There will be a professional photographer and they will send us the photos a few weeks after the event, which afterwards Kali will send out/post/provide to guests when that time comes. Don't forget to send Kali & Andrew all the pictures that you've taken! We will also be providing a photo booth set up in the lobby during the reception that we encourage you to use.
