4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Casual attire
The day before the wedding; bride and grooms' parents, wedding party, photographer, MC, and those helping with setup will join us for a little while at the venue. We will set up as much as we can and to plan how everything will go. This is to help ensure everything goes smoothly the day of. This is an informal, laid back get-together and it will be fun! We will be providing pizza at the venue after rehearsing.
2:00 pm
Semi-formal attire. (Please refrain from wearing white or burgundy).
Ceremony starts at 2:00. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, in the same building. The front 1-2 rows will be reserved for bride and grooms' immediate family. Please no phones! We have designated guests to take videos plus a photographer. After the ceremony (~2:35pm), we need to give the venue staff time to set up for the reception so pictures will be taken outside for 30-45 min. Before it gets dark and cold, we want pictures with EVERYONE! Family pics first. There will be a heated patio, side room, and drinks to enjoy during the transition. The reception should take no longer than an hour to set up, so this is our "cocktail hour". *Please note that the venue is not allowing any sort of glitter or confetti*
4:00 pm
After drinks, we will officially start the reception around 3:30-4pm. Street tacos with toppings and sides will be provided! Lots of dessert options will also be provided. The drinks will be tea, coffee, lemonade, juice, water, beer and wine, with cocktails for purchase. There is no assigned seating, except wedding party is seated at the head table for eating/toasts, and there is a kids' table. We'll eat, have our toasts, speeches, cake cutting, first dances, and mingle party time!
10:30 am
Let's have brunch after the big day! Anyone is welcome, this brunch can be for the family that came from out of town to say one more goodbye. Let's decide where to go and who all is coming so we can set a reservation in advance.
