For our "open blocks," there is not a set amount of rooms. Rather, as long as the hotel has rooms available, guests can book up until midnight the night of the wedding at however many nights they need! GUEST ROOMS AND RATES ◉ Our block is at the highest discount offered through the hotels and any third party booking sites at 15%. ◉ ◉ Guests are able to reserve rooms up until the day of the event, based on availability. There is no "book by" date. ◉ ◉ The biggest difference, other than branding, would be RI has all suites while HGI has only standard rooms. ◉ ◉ There's a chance the Residence Inn will require a 2-night minimum. Please check carefully as we've seen it fluctuate from week-to-week (hotel cannot change algorithm). ◉ METHOD OF RESERVATIONS 1. Use the online booking link provided above 2. Call the hotel directly Residence Inn – 320/640-0200 – request RI Weddings for discount Hilton Garden Inn – 320/640-7990 – request HGI Weddings for discount CANCELLATION POLICY A 48-hour notice is required to cancel a room. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room rate with applicable tax to the reservation guarantee.
