FAQs

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we politely request no children under the age of 16. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal, so think dressy but comfortable. That generally means cocktail dresses, sundresses, jumpsuits, dress pants, button-downs, and sports coats (ties or no ties) are all perfect. The event is entirely indoors, so feel free to wear heels if you wish!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, late attendees are unable to be seated due to the setup.

Question

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided for hotel guests to and from the wedding. The two hotels that are part of our wedding block are connected by an event center, so there is only one pickup location without any additional stops. There is a distillery on the first floor of the venue as well as an outdoor patio, so if you're willing to hop on the early shuttle to avoid overcrowding on the second trip, please do so! The bus holds 56 comfortably. You're free to enjoy a cocktail and mingle at the distillery as alcohol will not be served in the venue prior to the ceremony. Harvester Square will be open for you to explore if you do not need a drink. The shuttle bus schedule is as follows. 3-3:10pm: First shuttle departs hotels dropping guests off at the venue at 3:30pm 3:45-3:55pm: Second shuttle departs hotels dropping guests off at the venue at 4:15pm The shuttles back to the hotel are scheduled for 9:45pm, 11pm, 12:15am, and 1am.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

There are 220 parking spots available on-site. The ceremony and reception will both be indoors at Harvester Square. You may leave your car overnight.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our wedding intimate, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab for details.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, please check the "Registry" tab.

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we did not receive your RSVP by May 1st, it was automatically marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it was imperative to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they gave us. Thank you for understanding!
