Travel and Booking advice

Add 10 minutes for traffic plus 15 minutes for parking when looking at your ETA to Clarks Point road. Bath and Damariscotta are the larger towns in the area with more places to stay, but they are right on Route 1! Summer traffic can be a pain, so look into options around Gardiner or Alna if you want a more rural place to stay. Expect to add a few minutes to any travel to Wiscasset on Route 1, especially crossing the bridge over the Sheepscot River. Parking will be on the driveway and the lawn, so consider carpooling! Directions will be posted around the area day-of.
