If you’re arriving early, we’d love for you to join us for a relaxed afternoon on the lake. Feel free to drive yourself or coordinate a ride with other guests out to the Cowles Lake House. We’ll have a casual setup with time to hang out, enjoy the water, and ease into the weekend. Spend the afternoon however you’d like—whether that’s jumping in the lake, hopping on a boat, or just relaxing by the water with a drink in hand. No formal schedule, just a chance to unwind and connect before the wedding festivities begin.

Welcome to the lake. Join us for a relaxed evening to kick off the weekend with drinks, light bites, and dessert overlooking the water. We’ll have beer and wine hosted, with cocktails available for purchase. Light snacks will be served, so we recommend enjoying dinner beforehand. Grab a drink, and settle in—we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the lake—please keep this in mind when planning your attire and footwear. Due to limited space, this will be an adults-only celebration. Kindly refer to the names listed on your RSVP for invited guests.
