We met on Tinder in February 2018. Out of all the other conversations, Andrew's stood out as unique and different. His chat said, "What's the difference between a guitar and a fish... you can't tuna fish!" He made me laugh with this dad joke and we got to chatting. After a few weeks of talking, we went on our first date at Afters Ice cream where we learned we have a lot in common and similar goals. After 6 months of dating we went long distance where we learned how to connect 3 hours away from each other. After a rough year of long distance, we got to be together again in Santa Barbara as we were continued to finish school at UCSB where we really learned more about each other and grew together. Next thing you know, 6 years later, he dropped on one knee in beautiful Oahu in July of 2024. Now we can't imagine our lives without one another, and we each have our best friend for life that can't wait to say, " I do!" too on March 29, 2026.
