Due to the coronavirus, our wedding celebration has been postponed. Please stay healthy, and we will update you as soon as we can! Much love!
We met in 2016 through mutual friends, and really got to know each other when Andrew invited me to spend more time at the Catholic Newman Center. From there, our friendship blossomed a beautiful admiration of each other, and by April 23 of 2017, we decided we wanted to start dating. 3 weeks after, I spent 8 weeks abroad in Costa Rica, where I had limited access to Wifi, and Andrew was here stateside working and spending his summer in other ways! Whether we were together or apart, we have always been growing closer together. For sooner than we might have wanted, we both studied abroad, Andrew in Salzburg, Austria, and I studied in Angers, France. Once again, we spent more time apart than together, although our time together was pretty special. A Triduum meet up in Paris, with Easter Vigil at the Notre Dame, and then two weeks traveling through Austria, Poland, and Germany, those times were good breaks in between some long days as we were apart. After our study abroad journeys, we came back to the US, and traveled more with each other, to Colorado, a couple times for me down to STL, camping in Illinois, and day trips here and there! And in December of 2018, he proposed, and I said, "Of course! Of course I'll marry you!" The gentleman and the lady, two Catholic lovebirds from Newman, Andrew and Chiara. We share so many special memories, and we hope you share memories with us as well! What's your favorite?
