Papal Audience and Sposi Novelli with Pope Leo XIV

7:30 am - 11:30 am

This event requires adherence to the Vatican dress code. For additional details, please visit the Vatican dress code guidelines or refer to our 'Dress Code' tab.

We will meet Archbishop John Kennedy, our wedding officiant, at 7:30 AM at Piazza del Sant’Uffizio. The event begins at 9:00 AM. Guests will enter through the regular entrance, pass through security, and be seated together. Seating is first-come, first-served, but everyone will have a seat (no assigned seating). Andy and Ari will accompany Archbishop John Kennedy and will be seated in a separate area to receive a blessing from the Pope. After blessing the newlyweds, the Pope will pass through the square to greet attendees. This event is typically held outdoors and will move indoors if temperatures are high. If you’d like a preview of what this experience is like, you can visit Chiara, our wonderful wedding planner, on Instagram (@destinationweddplanner) and view her Papal Audience highlight. If you would like to join us, please RSVP by March 30th, as entry must be coordinated in advance. Please bring a valid photo ID.
