When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 10, 2026. However we are asking guests who know that they will or will not be able to attend to soft RSVP as soon as possible.

What will happen if I don’t rsvp in time?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders and our invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. If you do not RSVP by July 10th, 2026, we will have to assume you are not coming. But we will miss you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please allow for enough time to park and find your seat. Guests who arrive late will not be able to be seated and will have to wait outside the ceremony space until the start of cocktail hour in accordance with the venue staff.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us and have fun with it! The Dress Code is Formal Attire. For Women: Think floor or ankle length dresses for a summer wedding. Avoid wearing white, but don't stress if you want to wear a colored pattern with some white in it. For Men: Wear a tuxedo or well-tailored suit.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We encourage our guests to use our wedding as a well deserved date night and take full advantage!

Can I bring a wedding date?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you know the Reifenheisers or the DeMartinis then you know we have saved most of the available space for our big families. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a shuttle available?

Answer

A shuttle will be running from the Courtyard Marriott for guests staying at the hotel and will be leaving at 4:40 PM for the venue. The shuttle will be available for hotel guests to return to the Courtyard Marriott after the main reception at 11:10PM and again after the afterparty at 12:10AM.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. A card box will be available at the reception. Should you wish to give a check, please note that Abby's last name will remain “Reifenheiser” with her banking institution, and any checks made out to her married name cannot be deposited. Please address any checks to “Abby Reifenheiser” or “Andrew Aweeky”.

Perona farms has a huge parking lot just outside of the Refinery.

What will the bridal party be wearing?

The bridesmaids will be in sage green and our sister/sister-in-laws are our something blue.
