Question

How far is the resort from the airport and how to we get there?

Answer

The resort is just over 30 minutes from the CanCun Airport. There are a number of transportation options including shuttle or bus that can be reserved ahead of time to get you to the resort. We will be booking a large shuttle for those who will be coming down on the same flight as us. I can help you find transportation to the resort if needed.

How do I book my room?

Answer

As soon as you figure out how many and what nights you will be staying, I can email you the reservation form to fill out and email directly to the resort. They will allow you the option of upgrading closer to the stay, we just need the forms turned in so the rooms can be held for you.

Interested in some of the excursions available?

Answer

I am currently in contact with the company used by the resort to get a list of excursion options through them. The company used by the resort are safe and reputable, and we had a blast on ours. They provide round trip transportation and let you know if they are full/half day options. These excursions are not included with the resort cost.
