It all started when I transferred to Stevenson, walking down the hallway to class. I got a tap on my shoulder asking me if I'd be interested in playing club lacrosse for the school due to the Westlake lacrosse backpack I had slung over my shoulder. This turned into Grant and I spending countless hours playing video games, running 1v1's at lacrosse practices at 10pm and chest bumps after goals scored. Grant was right by my side through lacrosse, school and becoming a teacher! -Andrew

Fate. Jamie and I often say fate brought us into each others lives. Jamie is my teacher’s assistant but that doesn't even begin to describe the role she plays in my life. She is my co-worker, best friend, mentor and supporter. We are practically attached at the hip at all times unless she’s taking a student on a walk to keep them from spazzing on me cause "Mr. Nagel is being annoying".
