How do I RSVP?

Answer

Navigate to the RSVP tab on the website’s menu. Whoever submits your RSVP response should be prepared to respond for the whole family.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please indicate your response no later than March 1, 2025.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on the RSVP so that we can plan accordingly.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the end of the day March 1, it will be marked as a “no”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. We hope that you understand!

Where should I stay?

Answer

For your convenience, a discounted room rate has been booked for the hotel in Estes Park. For information see the travel tab on the website menu.

Are children welcome?

Answer

If your children are listed on your invite when you RSVP to the wedding, then we would love to see your children at our wedding.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Who knows! Colorado can be pretty variable in March. It will likely be nice and warm while the sun is out, then very cold when the sun goes down. It may snow. Estes Park is deep in the mountains and will be colder with the high altitude. Be sure to drink a lot of water!

Which events will be hosted outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be hosted outdoors and is scheduled to last 30 minutes. The venue provides blankets for all guests in case of cold weather. Guests are encouraged to bring a jacket to be sure you are comfortable during the ceremony. If the weather is great on the day of the wedding we will plan to host cocktail hour outside following the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

Any combination of: A suit & tie, blazer, dress pants, slacks, a button-down collared shirt. A cocktail dress, floor-length dress, dressy skirt and top or jumpsuit. No jeans please.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Della Terra offers self-parking on site.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! For your convenience, shuttles will provide transportation to-and-from the Best Western hotel in Estes Park. Further details for the shuttle schedule can be found: TBD

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

If arriving by the shuttle, you will reach the hotel by: TBD. If arriving by car expect to arrive 30-minutes prior to the 4:00PM MST ceremony. Della Terra has on-site parking. The parking lot is on an incline, a golf cart is available to bring guests from the parking to the venue (otherwise it’s a short walk uphill).

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! Appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour and a full dinner will be served at our reception. Please come hungry!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please mark the dietary restrictions/allergies in your RSVP. We will try to make accommodations as fit.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

Yes! Alcohol will be provided at the cocktail hour and reception.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to the venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring other alcohol on the premises.

Will smoking be allowed?

Della Terra has designated smoking areas.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end music by 9:00PM, where we will then have our grand exit and say our goodbyes.
