Hotel
One of the many reasons we fell in love with this venue was that it offered everything all in one place. We wanted everyone to have the option to stay the night, or two, if you choose! Get to Goat Island, we'll handle the rest :) The Hotel’s check-in is 4:00 p.m. & check-out time is 11 a.m. Any departure after this time is subject to additional charges. The Hotel cannot guarantee early check-in. Late checkouts cannot be accommodated. A $35 resort fee per room per night is due at check in and includes a variety of amenities including Luxury Shuttle Transportation To/From Downtown Newport, Wifi, On-Property Resort Activities including Wellness Classes, $10 Food and Beverage Credit (can be redeemed in Torpedo) and Partner Discounts at Local Activities, Venues and Shop! You have the option of booking online via the Group Link below or calling a Reservations Agents at 401-849-2600; select 1 for reservations and follow the prompts. Flight
For those traveling far, PVD has added more flights and airlines. Other nearby airports with additional flight options are Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) or Hartford's Bradley International Airport (BDL). Additional ground transportation will be needed.
Train
Amtrak is a great option for anyone traveling in the Northeast! We took it almost every weekend to see each other when Sam still lived in NYC. The Kingston or Wickford Junction stations are roughly a 20-30 minute drive to and from the venue.
Travel Note
We know it is a big ask to travel on a holiday weekend, but we promise it will be worth it once you get to Goat Island! If you can join us, we suggest you book your travel & accommodations early. Thank you all!
