When should I RSVP by?

When does the room block expire?

Answer

There are 30 rooms guaranteed at the group rate and will be held until September 30th, 2025. If not booked, they will be released. If all 30 rooms are booked, we have requested that additional rooms be added at the same rate. It is at the hotel's discretion if more will be added. Don't wait to book, as rooms are first-come, first-served.

Can I bring a date or are my children allowed?

Unfortunately, no, unless it states 'Guest' as an option when you digitally RSVP. Additional guests, including kids, cannot be accommodated due to limited capacity. Thank you for your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please be sure to indicate any special requests when you submit your RSVP. If you have any trouble, reach out to Sam directly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, valet & self-parking are available at the resort.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Since the wedding is on Friday, we plan to stay in Newport the following day. Whether you plan to stay overnight or plan to drive back into Newport the next day, let us know if you plan to join us. We will be coordinating a place for drinks and dancing that evening, after our scheduled group tour at the mansion. Please also RSVP for that if interested!
