FAQs

The Wedding Website of Andrea Hedington and Reilly Shofner
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM, about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration starts!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Please plan for a child-free evening and enjoy a night out with us!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away, it will be a fully unplugged ceremony. Not to worry though, we’ve hired a top-of-the-line professional photographer to capture all the big moments and the little candid ones. We can’t wait to share the photos with you after!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to extend plus ones to everyone, our guest list is limited. If your invitation says “and guest,” then a plus one has been reserved for you.

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes! 🥂 We’ll be serving up two signature cocktails (created by us!), along with beer, wine, and ciders. Everything is on us — we want you to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the day free of charge!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has plenty of space — over an acre of parking that can fit about 80 cars. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight if needed, but please be sure to pick it up before 10:00 AM the following day.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website by June 15th 2026 — we promise to save you a spot on the dance floor! If you already know you’re a yes, feel free to RSVP earlier so we can start planning the party.

Question

What’s on the menu?

Answer

We’ve got a feast planned! Dished by Rachel will be serving up charcuterie boats during cocktail hour. For dinner, Cathouse Pizza (from Snohomish!) will be firing up five different wood-fired pizzas, along with fresh salad and warm, breadsticks. And of course, make sure to save room for cake—we promise it’ll be worth it!
