Our Story

Who knew one Hinge swipe could change everything? It all began in May 2021, when Andrea and Reilly matched online. Andrea was drawn to his long hair, kind eyes, and unforgettable smile. Reilly couldn’t believe he’d matched with someone so bright and full of life. Their conversations flowed effortlessly, hours slipping by as they talked about everything and nothing. Reilly never missed a chance to tell Andrea how beautiful she was inside and out, and Andrea was captivated by his genuine, kind, and funny nature. When they met in person, driving around and sitting by the water in Edmonds, it felt like they’d known each other forever. After just a few dates, Reilly told his mom, “I swear I’m going to marry this girl.” From then on, he proved it every day. Their first summer together was full of laughter and adventure. On June 1, 2021, Reilly officially asked Andrea to be his girlfriend, and soon after, they took their first big trip to Montana. Surrounded by mountains and quiet skies, they explored, laughed, and fell even more in love. They shared concerts, road trips, cozy nights in, and dreams spoken aloud. In April 2022, Reilly surprised Andrea with a fully decked-out suite in Leavenworth for her 21st birthday. They spent the weekend laughing, dancing, and exploring, creating memories they’d treasure forever. In October 2022, they brought home Alfred, their fawn pug and forever love bug. From the moment they picked him up, he became the heart of their little family, always ready for snuggles and adventures. A year later, Reilly surprised Andrea with a birthday getaway to Oahu, Hawaii. They swam with turtles, dove with sharks, explored Kualoa Ranch, had a private picnic with a fire dancer, and he decked out their hotel room for her birthday. The highlight was the prettiest birthday cake they’d ever seen—and the best they’d ever tasted. That trip captured their love perfectly: laughter, surprises, and pure joy. That same year, they met Andrea’s idol, Kesha, in Sacramento and visited Halloween Town in Oregon. Every trip, concert, and spontaneous drive in Andrea’s brown Beetle became another piece of their story, a story that feels like home every day. Then came January 1, 2025—the night Reilly pulled off the proposal of a lifetime. On Lake Union in Seattle, he rented a hot tub boat filled with rose petals and music, the skyline twinkling around them. As the Space Needle glowed, he stepped outside, got down on one knee, and asked Andrea to marry him. It was the perfect start to a new year and the most unforgettable moment of their lives. In May 2025, they moved into their first apartment together in Silverdale, where Andrea filled the space with her colorful, maximalist touch, and Reilly, as always, was the best sport. Their home became a sanctuary full of love, laughter, and frequent visits to the leasing office so Alfred could snag extra treats. Most recently, in September 2025, Reilly surprised Andrea with a weeklong trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. They spent their days meeting characters, riding rides, and tasting every Disney snack imaginable. It was pure magic—playful, romantic, and full of joy. Andrea loves Reilly for his gentle spirit, intelligence, and quiet strength. He grounds her, balances her energy, and makes her feel endlessly adored. Reilly loves Andrea for her passion, creativity, and the way she makes every day brighter. Together, they’re perfectly matched—Andrea’s fire and sparkle blending with Reilly’s calm and warmth. Looking ahead, they dream of traveling the world, buying their first house, starting a family, and building a life as colorful and full of love as the one they’ve already begun. For now, they’re enjoying this chapter, just the two of them (and Alfred), dancing through each day together and counting down to their disco-fueled wedding surrounded by the people they love most. Because one simple swipe turned into a once-in-a-lifetime kind of love—the kind that feels like home.
