We have some rooms blocked off for our out-of-town guests and anyone wanting a place to crash for the night. We will provide the booking code in the wedding invitations, so check those out to make sure you can take advantage of the group rate. The group rate is only available until May 13, 2025, so please make sure you book your reservations before that time.

The shuttle will be picking guests up from the hotel to bring them to the venue for those who want to avoid driving :) This is the only pick-up time before the ceremony. Please not that Ubers and cabs do not readily come out to the venue, so please plan ahead with a designated driver or use the provided shuttle.

Our venue has gravel lots available for camping that can accommodate 20 average sized RVs and 15 tents (depending on arrangement and size). The lots are gravel and offer one water fill on-site so you can travel a bit lighter on your way there. There are also shared washrooms available for use (they are plumbed). Check-in time is 12:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
