Answer
As noted on the invitation, kindly RSVP for yourself and your plus one as allotted no later than May 14, 2025. While we would love for everyone to be able to attend, we've had to make some tough decisions to stay within our budget, and so we can't include everyone as much as we'd love to. Please know that your support and good wishes are incredibly meaningful to us, and we deeply appreciate your understanding.

Answer
We have some rooms blocked off at the Signature Sandman Hotel in Sherwood Park (see the Travel/Camping section of our website). In your invitation we have also included our code to take advantage of the group rate when booking at this hotel. Please note that there are limited rooms available for booking with the group code. Should you have any difficulties booking online with the group code, you can utilize the call-in reservation service (1-800-SANDMAN) and quote the group code provided in your invitation. If you are still having difficulties you can also contact the hotel directly (780-467-7263) and a member of their team will be able to assist with the booking process.

As we begin this exciting new chapter together, your love and presence in our lives are the greatest gifts we could ask for. We don't have a traditional gift registry, but if you'd like to contribute toward our honeymoon adventures, we would be so grateful for your support in creating cherished memories.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue for both the ceremony and reception.

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle for our guests, check out the Travel/Camping section of our website for pick-up and drop-off details. Please note that Ubers and cabs do not readily come out to the venue, so please plan ahead with a designated driver or make use of the shuttle.

We will be having a cash bar at our wedding. Please note that there is no ATM available on-site. If you plan to enjoy the cash bar, kindly come prepared with cash.
