Updated May 11, 2025: We have a block of rooms ready for you to reserve. Please click the "View" button below to book your room at the lovely Flamingo Resort & Spa, Santa Rosa. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the wedding venue and back afterwards. PLEASE NOTE: If the room block is full, kindly email us and let us know. We will expand the room block to accommodate everyone once we know how many more rooms are needed. Thank you!

Airports

The closest airport to Beltane Ranch and the Flamingo Resort for the wedding weekend is the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport, located in Santa Rosa. The airport code is STS. For guests who plan to spend time in the San Francisco Bay Area, or are traveling internationally, you may consider San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or the Oakland Airport (OAK).

Rental Car

For guests arriving from outside the Bay Area, we recommend renting a car for your weekend in Glen Ellen. If you wish, you are permitted to drive and park at Beltane Ranch on Saturday, but it is not necessary. We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the wedding on Saturday.

Shuttle Service: Provided on Saturday for the Wedding

We will provide shuttle service on Saturday to and from Beltane Ranch for the ceremony and reception. We will have a shuttle pick up at the Flamingo Hotel. On Saturday night, the shuttle will take guests to the after party at the Flamingo Hotel. At the end of the after party, guests not staying at the Flamingo may take a Uber or Lyft back to their accommodations. Please back for more details as we finalize our plans. We will update this section with exact shuttle pickup times and locations after all RSVPs are received June 10.
