What is the attire for weekend?

Answer

Friday night welcome reception: casual dinner attire is requested: sundresses, casual skirts, and collared shirts. Saturday celebration: cocktail attire requested. Ladies: the event will take place outside on the lawn, so please consider wedges or grass-friendly low heels. There will be a dance floor. It does get quite cool in the evening and we recommend a light jacket or sweater (or more if you chill easily). For Sunday brunch, fun and festive casual wear is suggested, including Hawaiian shirts!

***Updated: Is there transportation on Saturday?

Answer

On Saturday, 2 shuttles will be available at the Flamingo Resort for transporting guests to Beltane Ranch for the ceremony and reception. - Shuttles will arrive at the Flamingo 3:30pm to begin boarding. - They will depart promptly at 3:45pm. - Please plan to be ready to board at 3:30pm, as these 2 shuttles will be the only “run” over to Beltane. On Saturday night, shuttles will be at Beltane to return guests to the Flamingo. The first shuttle will depart at 9:00pm, and the second will depart at 10pm (the end of the reception). Both will be going to the Flamingo. For guests joining us for the after party at the Flamingo who have accommodations at another location, please plan to secure your own transportation at the end of the after party to return to your lodging; Uber and Lyft are both available. Parking at Beltane is also available on Saturday for guests who are driving.

Is there parking on Saturday at Beltane Ranch?

Answer

Yes, Beltane will also have plenty of parking should you choose not to take the shuttle provided to and from the Flamingo Resort.

Is there parking for Sunday brunch?

Answer

While there is no shuttle transportation for Sunday brunch, Beltane has plenty of parking and you’re welcome to drive and park on site.
