Big Night DC's New Years Eve Party
If you are not too hungover from our wedding, we got just the spot for you: The gorgeous Gaylord hotel, 13 huge dance rooms, open bar, and surprisingly well organized coat room: its the New Year Eves party of the year! Fun Fact: On January 1st 2022, after dancing the night away at this exact party, Mike told Andrea he wanted her to be more than just his girlfriend by NYE 2023 and his wish was granted! We won't be joining this time but we hope yall will have fun!
BARCA Pier & Wine Bar
On our first date, Mike took Andrea to eat some Spanish tapas at BARCA by the water. It was the best first date of her life!
Rooster & Owl
For their one year anniversary of dating, Mike took Andrea to Michelin Star Restaurant Rooster & Owl. She was in a terrible mood that day, but one bite of their corn bread and her smile-y and giddy nature was back! Thank you Guillermo Gutierrez for the recommendation!
New Years Eve Fireworks at Old Town Alexandria
The best spots to go to see fireworks on New Years Eve is Old Town Alexandria. Old Town Alexandria is an adorable historic town, full of lovely restaurants by the waterfront, ice cream shops, great bars and taverns, and an array of antique shops and boutiques.
