Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 14 at the latest, but the sooner the better!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, so you should arrive around 4:00 PM to make sure you have time to park and get settled before it begins.

Where will I park?

Answer

If you're planning to drive to the venue, you can park on site at the top of the hill near the ceremony circle. There will be parking attendants to greet and guide you when you arrive.

Special Accommodations and accessibility concerns?

Answer

The venue has multiple ways of dealing with any accessibility concerns. For every staircase there is a ramp and an elevator is available inside the barn for those that need it. If you have any accessibility issues that prevent you from walking down a hill (as the ceremony will take place on top of said hill), please let us know and we can arrange for you to be driven down to cocktail hour. Let us know if you need assistance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the event is cocktail party attire/semi-formal. Parts of the event are planned to be outdoors so we encourage you to check out the weather that day. We highly advise guests not wear stilettos or slick bottomed shoes. Recommend a block heel, wedge, or flats. Parts of the terrain are rocky and ceremony circle is soft grass. It's a fall wedding so wear all the fall colors you want - or don't. We are sure whatever you choose to wear you will be fabulous!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing a open Beer, Wine, and Cider bar that will transition to a cash bar later in the evening, plus a signature cocktail option. Other cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Where will I sleep?

Answer

If you want to spend the night in the area, you have options! We have room blocks reserved at a number of nearby hotels and some Airbnb options may be available. Check out the Travel & Housing tab of our website for all the details. Please book your lodging as soon as possible. The onsite lodging is reserved for the wedding party and is invite only, but there is free camping available if you want to pitch a tent or bring an RV.

What time is the event over?

Answer

The event ends at 11:00 PM. All guests and professionals who are not staying onsite must depart by midnight.

How should I get between my hotel and the venue?

Answer

We have reserved shuttle transportation between the venue and the Red Roof Inn S. Deerfield. The shuttle may travel to other nearby hotels as well, such as the Inn at Crumpin Fox. Please let us know on your RSVP if you are interested in using those shuttles. There are also taxi and some rideshare services available. You can of course also drive to the venue. While there is plenty of parking, carpooling and designated driver assignments are encouraged!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We have been together quite a while, With all our pots and pans, We don't need homely gifts so we have another plan. Rather than a wedding list we'd love a bit of fun, We need a holiday or home when all is said and done. So if you would like to give a gift and send us on our way, A donation to our wedding fund would really make our day! As a couple we would like to minimize the amount of things that accumulate over the years. We value the experiences we can share with one another. You can find our home and honeymoon fund on the registry tab above. If you feel that you would prefer to honor us with a physical gift - best to use our registry. However, if you want to gift us something not on our list we just ask that you have it shipped to our address at 53 Rogers Avenue Apt 2 Somerville MA 02144.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, giving every guest a plus one is not an option. If your save the date/invitation has "guest" listed, you are welcome to to bring a plus one. Otherwise we ask there are no surprise guests. Feel free to communicate with us if you have any concerns or further questions and we will happily jump on the phone with you or talk to you more about it.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your children but we are limiting the amount of kids that will be at the event to direct family members. For the children that will be included we will have added "and family" to your invite and have listed them in the RSVP section. We appreciate your understanding if your children are not listed as guests. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to us.
