What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding reception begins at 4:00pm. We will be getting married with family earlier in the day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding reception will be backyard casual. Backyard casual is relaxed yet polished attire with breathable fabrics and comfortable, stylish pieces suited for an outdoor celebration. Examples for women: Sundresses or midi dresses (floral or solid) Linen pants or wide-leg trousers with a nice top, denim jacket, etc. Flowy skirts with tucked-in blouses Sandals, boots, or wedges (avoid stilettos on grass) for men: Chino pants or dark wash jeans Button-down shirts or polos (lightweight fabrics) Loafers, boots, or clean sneakers Optional: lightweight blazer for a polished touch

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the picnic-style menu features a variety of crowd-pleasing options, including pork BBQ and marinated chicken, both of which are gluten free. Additional dishes include meatballs, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and club rolls for sandwiches. Guests can also enjoy fresh salads, fruit and veggie trays, shrimp platters, and assorted meat and cheese trays, offering something for everyone.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

You can park in the lots between the pavilion and the American Club lot. No parking on the lawns around the pavilion.
