What is tropical formal attire?

Answer

For "tropical," think vibrant hues (like pink, kelly green, and cobalt) or a beachy floral print. For women: Vibrant colored dresses of any length. For accessories think shell necklaces, pearls, and thin, gauze-like shawls. Handbags can be straw or woven. For men: A tuxedo is not required. Please wear a suit but note that suits may be linen, seersucker, cotton, or lightweight wool. Bright colored ties and bow ties are encouraged.
