Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation from the Hotel to the ceremony. Buses will depart at 2:00 p.m. We will also have transportation from the venue to the hotel at the end of the party.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. We recommend that men use dark suits and women use cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Traffic in Bogota can be a little complicated especially on Saturdays. We ask you to leave for the wedding at least 40 minutes before the start time. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m so we kindly ask our guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to 3:00 p.m.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before March 1, 2019.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Temperatures in Bogota can get low at night so you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. However there will also be heaters to help keep guests warm.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Of course we will have dancing! - it is a half-Colombian wedding after all! We have arranged for a DJ that will play all types of music so everyone can enjoy the party.
