We need to know final counts for vendors by March 14th (four weeks before).
Please come in cocktail attire: Long and short dresses Suite jacket or dress shirt with tie Keep the weather in mind too! Early April can be unpredictable but it was in the low 70s and sunny last year. Also, our ceremony will be on grass, so heels at your own discretion.
Save the dates/invitations are addressed to indicate a plus one. However, as RSVPs come in, you can reach out closer to the wedding date and we'll let you know if there is availability.
We have already included kids in our headcount so it is up to your discretion to bring them or not.
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors on grass. The reception will be inside but the venue has a porch area that will be open throughout the evening.
We ask that you please do not use your phone during the ceremony. We would love to share the moment authentically with everyone and we'll have a professional photographer there. Phones can be used during the reception.
Our caterer does not do special requests. Please reach out if you have concerns and we can work out a solution.
