Yes! We invite everyone of all ages.
We will have a photographer who will be taking pictures during the ceremony. We are asking guests to turn off their phones and cameras and be present during the ceremony. Leave the pictures to the professionals please!
Our venue is opening up the entire area (3 barns, renovated horse stable, outdoor areas) so that guests can spread out during the reception and cocktail hour. The barn doors will be wide open for additional air flow and ventilation. There will be additional spacing between chairs and tables to promote social distancing. Cleaning is heightened and there will be cleaning every 30 minutes to an hour. Hand sanitizer stations will be around the venue. We are also requiring guests to bring masks (extras will be provided if needed) when in situations where you can’t social distance. We are supplying hand sanitizers to each table, and ordered wristbands of different colors that will display each guests comfort level on social distancing.
Yes, we have reserved rooms at 3 different hotels. View the travel tab to see the information on the hotels.
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors/outdoors. Now with covid the whole entire venue will be open (3 barns, a renovated horse stable, and tons of outdoor space) so that everyone can spread out and social distance.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #tooexcitedtobecalma so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
