Question

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline? How do I RSVP and what is the deadline?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP section of the wedding website to confirm attendance and make your meal selection. Despite what your invitation says, the deadline is now May 21st due to significant USPS delays. Apologies to anyone whose physical invitation arrived late...they were mailed with loads of lead time!

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

To match the vibe of the formal and festive evening event, we politely ask that you dress in formal attire, black-tie optional for the wedding. Tuxedoes and regular suits are both on point, as are midi and full-length dresses, skirts and jumpsuits. For the welcome party, smart/chic casual is where it's at!

Question

Is there parking?Is there parking?

Answer

Yep! For the welcome party, there are several public, paid lots nearby or hotel valet at Union Station is available. For the wedding, there is an abundance of free public parking spaces in Richland Park across the street from Clementine Hall, as well as on-street parking. That said, Uber and Lyft in Nashville are easy peasy and strongly encouraged! Just give yourseld a little extra time as traffic in the city can vary.

Question

Are children invited?Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all of your kiddos (really, you know we do!), we are only able to accommodate a few children of immediate family members who are serving as the official bridal party. Please enjoy a well-deserved night off from mom and dad duty…we’ve got your bar tab covered! If you would like recommendations on superb childcare in the area for the evening, please reach out to Grey Boroff of House of Grey Events: Grey@HouseofGreyEvents.com.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the welcome party and wedding/reception will be held indoors. Summer in Nashville can be hot and humid and ain’t nobody got time for sweating unless it’s on the dancefloor! There will be a section of the cocktail hour prior to the reception starting where an outdoor courtyard will be utilized for mixing and mingling but at no point will you be standing on grass. So no need to worry about your heels irrigating the lawn.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Clementine Hall at 5:00 p.m. as we will bring the ceremony promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Question

Are there accommodations nearby? Are there accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved blocks of rooms at three nearby hotels and that information can be found in the Travel section of our wedding website. If the room block thing isn't for you, no worries! There are many choices nearby, including lots of Airbnb options.
